Harvest Goddess Spring is located in the map in between both the town. It is where the festivals between both town is celebrate. It is on the right side.

Owl can bring you to either town (Konohana/Bluebell) from the mountaintop. All you need to do is go the map where the festival take place and stand on the place just as shown in the picture. 

Cat will take care of your chicken. The number of chicken it take care depends on the affection toward you.
